脾虚型肠易激综合征兔模型的建立

摘要 目的:建立一种客观的、全面反映疾病情况、切合于实际的肠易激综合征动物模型。方法:选用白毛黑眼兔,随机分为正常组、模型组、用药组。除正常组外各组均予以湿热环境应激及番泻叶灌胃加饥饱失常复合法造模,用药组于造模中期预防性给香砂六君丸治疗。通过各组动物一般情况、粪便含水率、肠道敏感性、肠道转运功能以及组织病理学综合评价模型。结果:模型组动物较正常组一般情况明显较差;粪便含水率明显增高(P<0.01);模型组各压力值下AWR评分均明显增高(P<0.01);碳末推进率明显增高(P<0.01)。用药组较模型组在上述方面均明显改善(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论:通过本实验方法建立的白毛黑眼兔脾虚型肠易激综合征动物模型可较好模拟肠易激综合征的发病情况,其评价指标客观,操作简单易行,对动物伤害小。 Objective:To establish a IBS animal model which is objective, repeatable, representing the fact of IBS. Methods:The white -hair- black -eyes rabbits were randomly divided into three groups as the normal group, model group, treated group. The rabbits, except animals of normal group, were all dealt with by the stimulation of hot and damp circumstance combined with gaster - poured by senna leaf and method of either hunger or gorge to establish the model. The rabbits which need to be treated were given Xiangsha Liujun pill from the middle phase of establishing model. To evaluate the rabbit IBS model by the difference among groups, including of general condition, moisture percentage, bowel sensitivity, the function of propulsion and the histopathology. Results: Compared with the normal group, the model rabbits commonly condition are significantly worse ;fecal moisture percentage significantly increase (P 〈 0.01 ) ;the AWR scores of different pressures significantly heighten ( P 〈0. 01 ) ; carbo medicinalis propulsive rate significantly enhance ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ;there is no organic variation of the histopathology. The treated group'symptoms are relieved at different degrees ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈0. 01 ). Conclusion : The animal model which we establish can reflect the fact of IBS. Our indexes of evaluating are objective. The method is easy to do and leads minimized damage to animals.
