国人隆乳术乳房假体容积的预测

Prediction of mammary prosthetic volume in Chinese mammoplasty.

目的为了改变以往隆乳术前对置入假体容积的预测仅凭经验、目测的原始方法，获得既符合美学要求，又能满足受术者期望的较精确的计算方法。方法将近年来隆乳的受术者的术前、术后乳房体表相关测量指标、乳房体积及假体容积等有关数据，采用ＧＲＡＦＴＯＯＬ软件进行处理、分析。结果获得受术者术前、术后身高与胸围的关系曲线；术后胸围与双侧乳房总体积的关系曲线及回归方程。结论根据回归方程计算，结合受术者的身高、术前胸围、乳房体积及其对术后乳房大小的要求，可预测出较精确的置入假体的容积。

Objective To improve the predicting method which was used to be based on the experiences and visual method of mammary prosthetic volume in mammoplasty and also to achieve the accurate calculating method which is in accordance with the aeshtetic demands as well as to satisfy the expectations of the patients.Method The authors handled and analysed the related measured index of the mammary surface before and after the operation, and also the related datas of the mamma and prosthetic volume by adopting the GRAFTOOL software.Result Finally, they got the correlation curves of height and chest circumference pre and post operation; the correlation curves and regression equation of chest circumference and cumulative volume of bilateral mammae.Conclusion Therefore, the prosthetic volume can be precisely predicted according to the regression equation calculation and in combination with the height, preoperative chest circumference and mammary volume as well as the requirement of the postoperative mammary size.
