摘要
目的为手术整复上唇畸形提供参考依据。方法对６６０名济南市儿童（男、女各３３０名，每年龄组段３０名）的身高、体重及上唇进行了测量，其中上唇测量内容包括两口角间尤以宽度、上唇高度、上唇红高度及上唇红弧长。结果上唇参数随年龄增长而增长，７岁前发育较快，４岁前为显著。结论身高及体重是影响上唇参数的主要因素，为手术整复口唇部畸形提供重要参考依据。
Objective To provide reference basis for cheiloplasty.Method The authors measured 660 childrens upper lips parameters of both sexes aged from birth to 12 years.The parameters include width of the mouth ,height of the upper lip and vermilion,length of the upper vermilion arc. At the same time, the height and weight of the chosen children were measured. Result Upper lip parameters is growing with the age.Conclusion The height and weight of the children have a linear relationship with the upper lip parameters and provide important basis for cheiloplasty.
