熏洗一号方对小鼠肛旁手术伤口愈合作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究熏洗一号方在伤口愈合中的作用机制。方法:以熏洗一号方、洁尔阴、PP粉、生理盐水分别熏洗小鼠实验性肛旁手术伤口,通过观察各组小鼠术后第5天伤口上皮爬行及肉芽组织出现情况、术后7、14天伤口抗张强度、术后5、9、13天伤口愈合率和平均愈合天数来判断药物对伤口愈合作用的影响。结果:熏洗一号方能促进上皮爬行的出现,术后7、14天伤口抗张强度明显提高,术后9、13天伤口愈合率提高,平均愈合天数提前。洁尔阴能使术后14天伤口抗张强度提高,第13天伤口愈合率提高。PP粉组各指标与生理盐水组无显著性差异。结论:说明熏洗一号方有促进伤口愈合的作用。 Objective : To research the mechanism of action of number one fumigate - washing prescription in the wound healing. Methods:Using number one fumigate -washing prescription ,Jie'eryin, PP powder and physiologic saline cure respectively the wound of the experiment Jimpy mice which have suffered form anus operation. Then we observe the condition of epithelium tissue and granulation tissue after five days of operation, review tensile strength of the wound after seven days and fourteen days and calculate the intention rate and average intention days after five, nine and thirteen days. We can use the condition above to judge the effect of medicine to intention. Results : Number one fumigate washing prescription can promote serpentinous epithelium, elevate tensile strength of the wound after seven days and fourteen days, and the rate of wound healing elevated after nine and thirteen days ,meanwhile the average healing days decreased. Jie'eryin can raise the tensile strength of the wound after fourteen days of operation and the rate of the wound healing after thirteen days of operation. The index of PP powder has no significant difference from physiologiealsaline. Conclusion: Number one fumigate-washing prescription has effect on promoting the wound healing.
