慢性非特异性溃疡性结肠炎中西医结合治疗进展

Progress of Treating Chronic Non-specific Ulcerative Colitis by Combining Chinese and Western Medicine

溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种原因不明的慢性非特异性炎症性肠病,目前已被列为世界难治性疾病,我国近年发病率有显著增高趋势。从中西医结合治疗配合灌汤治疗、综合疗法治疗两个大方面综述溃疡性结肠炎的中西医结合治疗进展。认为相比较而言,目前中西医结合治疗UC的疗效要好于单纯的西药或中药治疗,从发表的文献看,治疗的总有效率多在90%以上,但各施各法,可重复性差,缺乏公认统一的治疗方法,为临床共同运用的中药处方或成药不多;实验研究开展较少,对中药有效治疗成分及治疗作用机制的研究更是缺乏。因此提出发挥中西医结合治疗UC的优势,在疗效方面取得新进展的展望。

Ulcerative colitis （UC） is an unexplatined chronic non -specific inflammatory bowel disease. At present UC has been rankd to one of the world refractory diseases. The morbidity of UC in＇ our eotmtry is more and more high recently. This article summarizes progress of combined Chinese and western medicine for treatment to UC from two aspects as combined Chinese and western medicine treatment compounding enema, and comprehensive therapy. Comparatively speaking, the curative effect of combined Chinese and western medicine for treatment to UC is better than singal western medieine or Chinese medicine. The total efficiency of the treatment is more than 90070 as reported in pozt published docu- ments. But there are still some problems, such as each using a different method ,poor reproducibility ,lack of recognized uniform treatment, short of Chinese medicine prescription or Chinese prepared medicine for common use,less of experimental studies, and the studies on effeetive elements of Chinese medicine and its treatment mechanism are more seareely. This atiele also raises the advantage of combined Chinese and westernmedicine for treatment to UC, and the prospect on new progress of curative effect.
