摘要 核心结合因子α1(Cbfα1)是成骨细胞的发生和分化的特异转录因子,是骨形成的关键调控因子。在正畸治疗中,Cbfα1参与了牙移动过程中牙周组织的改建,在牙周膜细胞向成骨细胞转化及新骨形成中起重要作用。 Core binding factor α1 (Cbfα1) has been identified as a key regulator of osteoblast differentiation and bone formation, a osteoblast-specific transcription factor in osteoblast genesis and differentiation. Cbfα1 participates in the tissues remodeling during orthodontic tooth movement and plays an important role in the remodeling of periodontal tissue.
