摘要
全瓷冠桥以良好的美学特性和生物相容性在临床上得到了广泛的应用,但全瓷冠桥在口腔的反复咀嚼下常出现疲劳失效行为。采用有限元法对全瓷冠桥进行疲劳行为分析,可为临床全瓷冠桥的优化设计以及可靠性和耐久性评价提供有效的理论依据。笔者就有限元法用于全瓷冠桥疲劳行为分析的研究进展作一综述和评价。
All-ceramic crowns and bridges have been widely used for dental restorations owing to their excellent functionality, aesthetics and biocompatibility. However, the premature clinical failure of all-ceramic crowns and bridges may easily occur when subjected to repetitive occlusal contact loading. In order to provide efficient theoretical instruction for clinical applications, the finite element method can be used to analyze the fatigue behavior, optimize the design of all-ceramic crowns and bridges, and to evaluate the reliability and durability. This paper reviewed the recent research progress of fatigue behavior of all-ceramic crowns and bridges by finite element method.
