γray effect on dog's gustatory tissues:quantitative analytic study

摘要 目的研究γ射线对味觉组织的影响,探讨放射引起味觉改变的机理。材料与方法对狗口腔行γ射线常规剂量照射,对每个菌状乳头所含味蕾数,每个味蕾正中切面所含味蕾细胞数、味细胞数,菌状乳头的高度、宽度,菌状乳头数,丝状乳头的高度、宽度,丝状乳头密度等指标进行研究。结果放射后味觉组织变化主要表现为味蕾味细胞减少,丝状乳头高度及密度明显减少。味蕾的数目、细胞总数和菌状乳头变化不明显。放射后1月损伤最明显,以后逐渐恢复,6个月时已基本恢复。结论放射引起味觉组织损伤可能是放射治疗患者味觉改变的主要原因,常规剂量放射引起的味觉组织损伤是可恢复的,但完全恢复需要较长时间。 Purpose To study the radiation effect on gustatory tissues.Materials and Methods Dog's gustatory tissues change following γray radiation was observed and the quantitative analysis was performed.The parameters included:the number of buds per fungiform papilla,the number of cells and dark cells per bud,fungiform papilla height and width,the number of fungiform papillae per slice,filiform papilla height and width,and filiform papilla density.Results There were changes in the number of dark cells per bud instead in the number of buds per fungiform papilla,the number of cells per bud.Fungiform papilla height and width and the number of fungiform papillae per slice showed no change.But filiform papilla height and filiform papilla density were damaged.Conclusion Gustatory tissues damage was the main reason for radiation induced taste loss,and gustatory tissues change could recover but very slowly.
