空间学习记忆的行为模式及其分子神经生物学基础 被引量:20

摘要 空间学习记忆是检测空间定向、反应时间,视知觉和结构应用等能力,从而评价其认知水平的一种行为模式,是一类关于场景和事件的学习记忆。随着神经生物学的发展和分子生物学的渗人,人们发现啮齿类和鸟类空间学习记忆的中枢定位在海马,而灵长类则定位在下颞叶皮质。突触形态和传递可塑性均参与空间学习记忆过程,原癌基因表达、多种生物活性分子和新蛋白质的合成等在空间学习记忆形成过程中发挥着重要作用。
