摘要
以体外培养的大白鼠大脑皮层神经细胞为实验材料,在不同时程内,通过观察细胞生长状态和突起长度以及测定培养液中肌酸激酶的活性,探讨双胸蚯蚓溶栓酶对大脑神经细胞的影响。结果表明,实验组细胞长势、突起长度以及培养液中肌酸激酶的活性均优于对照组,差异显著。提示该酶对大脑神经细胞具有保护和促进生长的作用。
y observing the growth morphology and length of the neuronal processes of the cerebral nerve cells of the rats in vitro, and creatine kinase (CK) activity in the culture-medium. The effects of bimastos thrombolytic enzyme (BTE) on the cerebral nerve cells were approached. The results showed that there were significant differences in the nerve cells growth and length of the neuronal processes and the CK activity in the medium between the test group and control group in different culture time. Our results prove that BTE could protect and promote the growth of the cerebral nerve cells.
