摘要
为心肌桥比较解剖学积累资料，并为研究心肌桥选择实验动物提供依据，本文选用成年狗１２０条，对其心肌桥进行大体解剖测量和显微结果观察。结果如下：心肌桥出现率６０．８％；心肌桥多位于左冠状动脉前室间支，占肌桥数的７３．３％；心肌桥宽７．６±５．１ｍｍ；厚０．４±０．２ｍｍ；肌桥与冠状动脉夹角８５．４±２４．５°；肌桥细胞纤维排列紧密、较直、无分支。结果提示：狗心肌桥出现率、部位等与人相似，可做为研究心肌桥的实验动物。
AbstractIn order to collect the data about myocardial bridge(MB) on comparative anatomy and supply basis for animal selection in studying MB,120 welldeveloped dogs are involved in anatomical measurement and microscopic observation of MB. Result:The incidence of MB is 60.8% and located mostly on the anterior interventricular branch,73.3% of MB. The width of the MB is 7.6±5.1 mm. The thickness of the MB is 0.4±0.2 mm,the angle between MB and coronarg artery is 85.4±24.5°. The myocytes and myofibrils of MB are arranged quite compact and straight with little branching. Conclusions:the incidence and position of MB in dog are similar to those in human. This indicates that dog can be used as experimental animal in studying myocardial bridge.myocardial bridge;dog
