2006～2007年我院西药门诊处方用药合理性分析

Analysis of Medicine Used in Our Hospital Outpatient During the 2006～2007

目的了解医院门诊药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法回顾性随机抽查我院2006～2007年西药门诊处方共19200份,进行逐一的审查和统计分析。结果所调查的处方中,不合格处方占9.50%,其中2006年处方不合格率为9.67%,2007年处方不合格率为9.33%;使用抗菌药物的处方2006年占28.07%,2007年占27.18%;人均用药2.75种,人均每次药费134.76元。结论通过处方分析发现我院在药物的使用上基本合理,但在使用中仍存在着一些问题,特别是抗菌药物的使用,仍需进一步的改进。

Objective To investigate the use of medicine in our hosptal＇ s outpatient and to give the evidence for improving the application management on drug--using in clinic. Methods 19200 prescriptions from 2006 to 2007 were randomly examined and analyzed. Results All of them ,the rate of unreasonable prescriptions was 9.50%, the rate was 9.67% in 2006 and 9.33% in 2007. The usage rate of antibiotics was 28.07%, 27.18% ,respectively in 2006 and in 2007. The average number of drugs per prescription was 2.75, the average expense for medicine each time was 134.76 yuan. Conclusion The medicine were rationally used in the outpatient of our hospital. There still exist some problems, especially the use of antibiotics and we still need to have the further improvement.
