护理干预在鼻内镜下鼻窦手术应用探讨

Study on the effect of Applying Nursing Intervention Measure in the Endoscopic Sinus Surgery China

目的探讨护理干预对鼻内镜下鼻窦手术患者的康复效果。方法100例患者随机分成观察组(50例)和对照组(50例),观察组采用有效的护理干预措施,对照组采用传统的护理方法,比较二者效果。结果观察组效果明显好于对照组,如在平均住院时间、病人满意度和疼痛程度的比较上2组效果差异有显著性,(P<0.01)。结论有效的护理干预可以促进鼻内镜下鼻窦手术患者的康复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effects of the nursing intervention measures on patients with endescopie sinus surgery.Methods 100 patients were divided randomly into the investigation group（50 cases） and the control group（50 eases）.The former took the effective nursing intervention measures, the latter took the traditional nursing method, and then compared the effect of them. Results： The effects of investigation group were better than that of the control group. There were statistic difference in average inpatient days, degree of satisfaction, degree of pain between the investigation group and the control group,（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The effective nursing intervention measure can promote the recovery of the endoscopic sinus surgery and hence is worthy of being recommended in clinical practice.
