抗坏血酸钛对鱼类、贝类及无尾两栖类的毒性研究

摘要 抗坏血酸钛对鲢鱼、草鱼、金鱼及泥鳅的毒性都很低,其96h TLm值为1736~10930mg/l。(敏感性顺序:鲢鱼>草鱼>金鱼>泥鳅)抗坏血酸钛对湖螺的48h TLm值与对蟾蜍蝌蚪的96hTLm值分别为12847.2与1886.5mg/l。经皮下注射,抗坏血酸钛对中华大蟾蜍的LD_(50)为2.87g/kg。微核试验表明,钛试验组与对照组比较,鱼类血细胞中的微核出现率没有显著差异。抗坏血酸钛对鱼类、贝类及无尾两栖类皆为低毒物质。 Silver carp, grass carp, goldfish and loach were observed in the acutetoxicity tests. The results showed that titanium ascorbate was slightly toxicand 96h TLm values ranged from 1736 to 10930 mg/l. (Sensibility order: sil-ver carp>grass Carp>goldfish>loach)The actue toxicity of titanium ascorb-ate to shellfish(Viviparus quadratus)and anura (Bufo bufo gargarizans and itstadpole) were tested, too. The 48h TLm value for Viviparus quadratus andthe 96h TLm value for tadpole was 12847.2 mg/l and 1889.5mg/l respectively.The LD50 value for Bufo bufo gargarizans (hypodermic injection ) was 2.87g/Kg. The results of micronucleus test showed that the total micronucleusrate of fishes' blood cells had no obvious difference between test groups andcontrol. The titanium ascorbate was the substance of low toxicity to fish, shellfishand anura.
