摘要
贫困女大学生在就业时遭遇多重困境。这些困境产生的原因,有就业保障制度的缺失、学校就业指导工作的滞后、贫困女大学生就业期望值较高等。文章从政府、学校、用人单位、贫困女大学生自身等层面提出一系列就业保障措施。
Partly due to the absence of employment security and the behind--schedule employment guide and partly due to their high employment expectation, needy college girls more often than not encounter various difficulties when hunting a job after graduation. This paper proposes a series of employment security measures that can be taken by the government, the school, the employers and the girls themselves.
