摘要
中国加入WTO后,中国石化行业开始重组,重组后的石化行业管理者越来越感觉到效率对于企业的重要性,许多人力资源管理者惊觉自己已被各种繁杂的例行事务束缚了手脚,在这种背景下,专门针对人力资源管理的电子解决方案——人力资源管理电子信息化应运而生。从石化行业的特点入手,考察了目前石化行业在人力资源管理信息化的过程中存在的障碍;并有针对性地提出了在人力资源信息化管理的过程中,对技术上以及其他方面应该注意的问题。
