近年来,随着证券市场的发展,中小投资者实际上已经成为上市公司外部融资的主要来源。而与此同时,中小投资者的权益也频频受到侵害,成为制约我国证券市场发展的重要问题。因此中小投资者保护问题引起了理论界和实务界学者们的普遍关注。文中就我国中小投资者保护的相关问题进行研究,从理论和实际进行了分析;并对如何更好的保护中小投资者的权益、保障我国证券市场的持续健康发展,提出了相关的对策和建议。

In recent years, with development of the stock market, medium and small investors actually become the main souroe of external financing of listed companies. At the same time, the rights and interests of medium and small investors have frequently been violated and become a problem of restricting China＇s stock market development. Therefore the protection of medium and small investors has raised the theoretical circle and practical scholars of common concern. This article analysis the protection of China＇s medium and small investors from theory and practice and make suggestions to how to protect the rights and interests of medium and small investors better and to make China＇s stock market develop stably and healthily.
