家族企业中的心理契约破坏--组织与员工的双重视角 被引量:9

摘要 从员工层面对心理契约破坏与工作表现关系的研究已有很多,而从组织与员工的双重视角对家族企业中心理契约破坏的内涵及影响的研究却很不足。文章首先在初步研究的基础上,归纳总结了家族企业中心理契约破坏的内容与结构,然后通过问卷调查对本土家族企业领导者及员工的配对样本进行了假设检验。实证结果表明,家族企业组织层面的心理契约破坏与领导-部属交换以及他们对员工组织公民行为、工作绩效的评价显著负相关;而员工层面的心理契约破坏与其工作满意度、组织承诺显著负相关,与离职意向显著正相关。
