摘要
电子商务功能的实现主要依赖于信息的交流。综合有关信息距离理论和评价理论,首次从人本化角度对电子商务网站中的信息距离进行了研究分析,提出了基于信息距离(DIT)理论的电子商务网站人本化测度模型,并以当当网和卓越网上购书为例,从不考虑人本化和考虑人本化两个角度,对购书信息距离进行了对比分析,为电子商务网站中的信息管理提供了必要的理论和数据支持。
The realization of e - commerce functions mainly relys on the exchange of information. In this paper, synthesized the distance of information- state transition(for short DIT) theory and evaluation theory, we firsdy studied the DIT in the e - commerce websites from the perspective of human - orientation, put forward the measurement model of human - orientation for e - commerce websites based on DIT theory. Then took buying a book from Dangdang web and Joyo web as example, we analyze comparatively the DIT from two perspectives--not human- oriented and human- oriented. Meanwhile, this study can provide the necessary academic basics and data support for further analysis of the information management on e - commerce websites.
