Raising the Level of School Library Personnel Training of Hunan Province

本文着重讨论了中小学图书馆（室）建设对专业人员的素质要求，分析了中小学图书馆（室）现有专业人员素质状况，指出了目前各级教委图工委对中小学图书馆（室）专业人员培训的缺陷。

Abstract The paper discusses that personnel training is a key factor of school Library development,analyses the present conditions of school pernonnel training and presents some suggestions for raising their Level.
