Focused on the public needs and existing problems in standard document services, this article discusses the implementing ideas, overall objectives, constructive contents and methods of the Key Constructive Project of National Science and Technology Infrastructure Platform Standard Document Sharing Service Platform. It also gives an introduction of the practical operations of the platform and outstanding effectiveness achieved in open and sharing of standard document resources following the principle of ＂serving while building＂.
