新疆圆柏石油醚提取物的GC/MS分析

新疆圆柏（Juniperus sabina L.）为常见的资源植物,为了探索其所含化学成分,因而使用石油醚提取新疆圆柏新鲜叶,获得油状石油醚提物,然后通过气相色谱和质谱联用分析,检测出68个峰,并鉴定了65种成分,主要成分是α-芒姜黄烯,棕榈酸,油酸,胆固-22-烯-21-醇,9,10-脱氢环异长叶烯,维生素A,羽毛柏烯,亚麻酸,松香酸,鉴定的组分点检测峰的96%。

In this paper, Jun/perus sab/na leaf oil was determined by GC and GC/MS. sixty - eighe compositions we isolated and sixty - five were identified, the major components were linolenic acid,oleic acid, dehydro - cycloisolongifolen vitamin （ e ） A, Widdrene, Phenanthrenecarboxylic acid, androstane, abietic acid and so on.
