基于ANSYS的牙轮钻机回转机构齿轮接触分析

摘要 使用ANSYS有限元分析软件,建立了回转机构传动齿轮的接触仿真分析模型。阐述了在分析过程中模型建立、网格划分、载荷和边界条件的处理等主要步骤,分析计算了二对直齿轮的轮齿变形和接触应力,找出了其薄弱环节,为回转机构齿轮传动的动态设计、优化设计和可靠性设计提供了参考。 Using the ANSYS software, it set up a contact simulation model of the gear transmission in rotating reducer of blasthole drills. Also expatiates the mainly means & approaches about model establishing, mesh dividing, loads & restrict conditions disposing. The distortion & contact stress for the two pairs of gear Transmission is carried out. Weak points of the gears are founded. This paper supplies references for the dynamic design, optimize design & reliability design of the gear transmission on rotating reducer.
