通过设计制作一台简易小车,达到了在线更换过渡辊的目的。详细分析了在线更换过渡辊的可行性,并简述了简易小车的设计制作方法以及在线更换过渡辊的几个步骤。
The on-line replacement of transitional rollers was implemented by a self-made simple trolley . The design and processing procedures as well as the replacing steps were illustrated in this article.
