654-2与葛根素治疗早期糖尿病肾病

The clinical effect of 654-2 and puerarin on early diabetes mellitus nephropathy

目的观察654-2与葛根素治疗早期糖尿病肾病(DMN)的临床疗效。方法将早期糖尿病肾病患者86例,随机分为治疗组(46例)和对照组(40例),两组均用西医常规处理,治疗组同时加用654-2与葛根素,疗程3周,并分别测定两组治疗前后24小时尿白蛋白排出量(UAE)、血肌酐(Cr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、糖化血红白(HbA1c)。结果治疗组治疗后UAE有明显改善(P<0.01),且优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论654-2与葛根素治疗早期糖尿病肾病有较好的疗效,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of 654-2 and puerarin on early diabetes mellitus nephropathy. Methods 86 Inpatients with early diabetes mellitus nephropathy were randomly divided into treatment group（46 cases） and Control group（42 cases）. The two group were treated with westerns conventional treatment, and the treatment group were treated with 654-2 and puerarin, additionally. UAE, Cr, BUN and HbAlc were checked before and after treatment. Results UAE of treatment group significantly improved after treatment （P〈0. 01）, and the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Early diabetes mellitus nephropathy treated with 654-2 and puerarin has a better curative effect.
