摘要
目的建立以可见分光光度法测定复方硫酸锌口服溶液中盐酸赖氨酸含量的方法。方法采用可见分光光度法,在565nm波长处测定其吸光度,并计算含量。结果盐酸赖氨酸检测浓度的线性范围为3.2~9.6μg/ml(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.76%(RSD=0.37%,n=9)。结论本方法操作简便、快速,结果准确,可用于该制剂的含量测定。
Objective To develop a method for determination of the content of lysine hydrochloride in Compound Zinc Sulfate Oral Solution by visible spectrophotometry. Methods The determination was performed using visible spectrophotometry. The absorbance of the component was determined at wavelength of 565nm. Results The linear range of lysine hydrochloride was 3.2-9.6μg/ml ( r= 0. 9999). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, solution. The average recovery rate was 99.76% (RSD=0.37%, n = 9). and suitable for the determination of compound zinc sulfate oral solution.
