心理干预在尿动力学检查中的临床效果

Psychological intervention in urodynamic examination

目的探讨心理干预措施在尿动力学检查中的临床效果。方法将90例行尿动力检查的已确诊无心血管疾病的病人随机分成心理干预组和对照组,每组各45例。心理干预组介入心理干预措施,对照组按常规方法进行检查。结果两组病人在尿动力检查中,心理干预组病人的心理焦虑程度、血压、心率、平均检查持续时间与对照组均有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论通过采取积极有效的、具有针对性的心理干预,可帮助病人保持最佳身心状态,对提高检查质量,与病人的身心健康均有重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention in urine checks. Methods 110 patients with urine dynamic inspection were randomly divided into psychological intervention and control groups. Psychological intervention group were treated with psychological interventions and the control group with conventional methods. Results Psychological anxiety level of psychological intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group. Blood pressure and heart rate of psychological intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The duration of inspections of psychological intervention group was shorter than that of the control group. Conclusion Psychological intervention can help patients maintain the best physical and mental state and improve the quality check.
