摘要
目的评价救护车治疗舱实施"5S"管理的效果与临床价值。方法按照整理、整顿、清洁、清扫、素养(简称"5S")的管理理念,对救护车治疗舱内的药品、物品、仪器定点、定位序号取放,并进行定期检查清理;同时对院前急救效果进行评价。结果"5S"管理使院前急救质量内涵和外延整体提升,对求救的反应时间逐渐加快;年出车次数、年接回病人数增多;患者抢救成功率、病人对院前急救的满意度、医生对护士的满意度均提高。结论实施"5S"管理对提高伤员的抢救成功率,杜绝医疗纠纷具有重要的价值。
Objectives To evaluate the effects and clinical values of implement of "5S" managements in ambulance therapeutic cabin. Methods According to the management system of "Seiri', "Seiton", "Seiketus", "Seiso", "Shini" (5S), the drugs, materials and equipments in ambulance therapeutic cabin were placed and taken in the order of site and position, and the checks and cleaning were regularly performed. The effects of "5S" managements on the first aid were evaluated. Results "5S" managements could promote the connotation and extension of first aid qualities, and speed up the response to the calls for help. The successful rate of rescue, the degree of patient's satisfaction to first aid, and the doctor's satisfaction to nurses were all improved. Conclusions Implement of "5S" managements in ambulance therapeutic cabin is very important to increasing the successful rate of rescue and prevention of the medical dissensions.
