基层护士心电图知识掌握情况的调查

Survey of electrocardiogram knowledge in primary hospital nurse

目的了解基层医院护士对心电图知识的掌握情况。方法采取自拟的调查表,对我县148名临床护士进行有关心电图知识的问卷调查。结果心电图知识得分答对率34.5%,是否接受过心电图相关知识继续教育的两组护士在心电图知识的得分上有显著性差异(P<0.001)。结论基层护士普遍缺乏心电图相关知识,应重视和加强继续教育,提升护士业务素质,以适应社会发展的需要。

Objective To investigate electrocardiogram knowledge in primary hospital nurse, Methods A self-designed questionnaire was distributed to 148 nurses in our county to explore their electrocardiogram knowledge. Results 34.5% questions of electrocardiogram knowledge got correct answers. Difference between two groups （whether received continuing education of electrocardiogram knowledge or not） was statistically significant （P〈0. 001）. Conclusion Due to universal shortage of electrocardiogram knowledge in primary hospital nurses, continuing education should strengthened to improve nurses expertise.
