摘要
目的研究CO2激光对狗声门区粘膜的不同热效应改变特点。方法选用健康杂种犬做动物实验,以不同能量的脉冲激光非接触式点状照射犬喉部粘膜组织,照射后样品立即用显微镜观察,测量弹坑直径,病理观察激光在不同参数作用下的生物效应、热损伤的深度和对周围组织的损伤程度。结果CO2激光照射犬声带粘膜时,总体上弹坑深度随激光辐射曝光量的增大而增大。在辐射曝光量较小时,弹坑深度以较快的速度增长;到达一定值后,增长趋于平缓。结论只要采用适宜剂量参数,脉冲CO2激光非接触照射就是安全、有效的,并可以获得较好的切割和气化效果。
Objective This test researched the feature of thermal effect of CO2 laser on dog glottic mucous membrane. Methods Choosing a healthy hybrid dog to do the animal test. Using non-contact punctiform pulse laser to irradiate the dog's laryngeal mucous membrane tissue, to ob serve the sample at once after irradiating with microscope, then measurng the diameter of crater, observing pathologically the biological effect, the depth of thermal damage and the damaged degree for surrounding tissue. Results In general, the depth of crater became larger and larger with the accrescence of light dose. The depth of the crater increased faster under less radiant exposure. When it reached a certain value, the increasing be came gentle. Conclusion The result of the research shows that applying suitable pulse CO2 laser of dose parameter through non-contact irradiation is safe and effective in laser treatment, which can obtain better effect of cutting and carburation.
