摘要
目的掌握急诊输液中与不同类型,不同疾病患者进行有效沟通的技巧。方法加强护理人员的职业技术培训,了解急诊输液区的工作性质和特点,制定护理应对措施。结果安抚了因突然发病引起焦虑患者12000余人次,安慰了因家人生病而焦虑的家属5800余人次。结论良好的护患沟通可使患者及家属感到了急诊护士的人文关怀,有效地改善了护患关系。
Objective To master the skills of communication between nurses and patients with different character or different diseases in emergency intravenous infusion. Methods The vocational technical training of nursing staffwas reinforced, which should understand the nature and features of nursing in the emergency infusion area, then the corresponding nursing measures were made. Results About 1 2000 person times of anxiety of patients caused by sudden onset of disease were calmed down, and the spiritual comfort were done to about 5 800 cases of families of patients worried about the disease. Conclusion Good physician-patient communication makes patients and their families feel that the emergency nurses' humanistic care effectively helps to improve the physician-patient relationship.
