摘要
由掺杂非线性介质的一维光子晶体形成光开关,并利用传输矩阵法对其特性进行了分析。研究发现,该结构可以很好地完成光开关的功能。
The optical switches are comprised of nonlinear medium with defects in one- dimensional photonic crystal, and their performances have been analysed by using Transfer Matrix Method. The research discovers that, this structure can achieve the on- off function very well.
