结合信息与控制系实验室建设的经验,详细阐述了信息与控制系实验室在实验室管理体制、学生集中实践环节、实验室开放运行机制、实验教材和实验设备方面的改革措施,改革措施实施两年来,成效显著,极大增强了学生的创新能力。

Combined with the experiences on building laboratory in the Information and Control Department of Xi＇an University of Post and Telecommunications, the paper expounds the reform measures which are taken in the fields such as, laboratory management system, student practical procedure, open operation mechanism of laboratory, laboratory experiment materials, as well as experimental instruments. The reform measures not only make remarkable achievements but also increase the students＇ innovation ability greatly since it was carried out two years ago.
