荆黄汤熏洗液对家兔创伤愈合的影响

Effect of Jinghuangtang lotion on wound healing of rabit

目的探讨荆黄汤熏洗液对家兔各种创伤愈合的影响。方法制作创面、溃疡二种伤口,将荆黄汤熏洗液外涂于创面,计算创伤面积及愈合时间。结果荆黄汤熏洗液能将创面、溃疡模型家兔的创伤愈合时间分别缩短约5.82、5.29d。结论荆黄汤熏洗液对家兔的创伤愈合有明显的促进作用。

Objective To study the effect of Jinghuangtang lotion on wound healing of rabit. Methods Wound of raw surface and ulcer in rabit was builded. Jinghuangtang lotion was smeared to the wound, and the area of wound and healing time was calculated. Results Jinghuangtang lotion shortened wound healing time of raw surface and ulcer model about 5.82 d, 5.29 d, respectively. Conclusion Jinghuangtang lotion can promote of wound healing in rabit.
