携带红火蚁的盆栽花卉和象草的检疫处理方法研究

Research on the way of quarantine and quarantine treatment to red imported fire ant.

探讨了携带红火蚁盆栽花卉、象草的检疫及其检疫处理方法。结果表明,以火腿肠诱集法为主、目测法为辅的方法可对盆栽花卉进行检疫,而蜂蜜诱集法可用于象草的检疫;4.5%高效氯氰菊酯在15%V体积的药液量下处理携带红火蚁盆栽花卉8 h后能达到100%效果,而氮气24 h处理携带红火蚁的象草能达到100%效果。

The quarantine and quarantine treatment of red imported fire ant in potted flowers and grassiness were studied. The results showed that the method of sausage trapping and ocular estimate were suit for potted flowers quarantine, and honey trapping was successful in grassiness quarantine. 4.5% highly active cypermethrin with the dose of 15% V in 8 hours treatment can get 100% disposal effects, and the treatment of nitrogen in 24 hours can get 100% disposal effects.
