摘要
从泰国进口的榴莲上分离到一种引起榴莲果实腐烂的病原真菌。通过形态鉴定和核糖体ITS区DNA序列测定以及分子生物学检测结果综合分析,鉴定为榴莲根茎褐腐病菌(棕榈疫霉Phytophthora palmivora(Butl.)Butler)。
The pathogenic fungus isolated from imported Thialand Durian, which can infect Durian fruit and caused fruit black rot. According the morphological characters and PCR method and sequencing results, the isolated strain was identified as Phytophthora palmivora （ Butl. ） Butler.
