基于AHP法的居住区景观设计方案比选模型研究

On the AHP-based Selection Model of the Design Proposal of the Residential Area Landscape

根据建设部住宅产业化促进中心制定的《居住区环境景观设计导则(试行稿)》的相关要求,构建合理的居住区景观设计方案比选模型来指导设计方案的比选,具有重要意义。从景观设计学的角度,确立居住区景观设计方案比选的指标体系,以及各指标的分级打分标准,运用AHP法确定各层指标的重要性权重,建立居住区景观设计方案比选模型。利用上海怡林花园的两个景观设计方案对模型的合理性进行验证,证明了比选模型的正确性。

This paper aims at building a decent living landscape design selection model in order to guide the design of the program selection. By using of the relevant theory of landscape architecture, we analyze and summarize the election of the index system of the residential landscape design programs, and then establish the indicators points of classification standard. With AHP method to determine the importance of all levels of the Weight of indicators, the paper establishes of residential landscape design plan selection model. By verifying rationality of the model for the landscape design program of Haiyilin Garden, the study proves that the selection model is correct.
