诚信是证券市场的生命线,是证券市场健全发展的基础。从本质上讲,证券市场就是一个信用市场,证券市场经营、监管的都是信用,诚信品质愈显重要,加强证券市场参与各方的诚信建设,具有重要的现实意义。目前,我国证券市场上存在诸多不诚信的现象,严重影响了我国证券市场的健康发展。因此,应推进诚信尽责教育,帮助广大投资者和社会公众树立诚信意识,完善公司体制,健全有关法律法规,建立完整、连续的诚信评价记录,将集体诚信与个人诚信结合起来,加强个人的诚信建设,严格执法,严历打击不诚信行为。

Honesty is the lifeline of securities market as well as the base for the development of it. In essence, the security market is an honest market. What the stock market manages and supervises is honesty. The possession of sincere quality is of even greater importance so that strengthening the security market and people＇s sincerity construction for the securities is of realistic significance. But nowadays there are many dishonest phenomena, affecting the honesty system deeply. Therefore, we should promote the education of responsibility, help the. investors and the public develop honest awareness, perfect the company system, improve the relevant laws and regulations, build a complete and continuous evaluation record, stick to strict law enforcement, and crack down the dishonest actions.
