摘要
当前,我国高等职业教育在人才培养中存在重视理论教学,忽视实践教学环节的问题。高职院校在应用型人才培养方面如何定位,采用何种模式进行应用型人才培养,应从指导原则、教师教育教学、课程体系建设、实践课程体系以及学生综合素质等几个方面进行探讨。
At present, there is problem that emphasizes theory teaching and neglects practical teaching in personnel training of higher vocational education. In the aspect of training talents how to position it and to use what kind of pattern, should probe fi＇om such aspects： guiding principles, teacher education and teaching, curriculum system building, practical curriculum system and the overall quality of students.
