摘要
科学、合理、规范的高校辅导员工作绩效评价体系的建立及实施是加强辅导员队伍建设的重要内容和关键环节。构建辅导员工作绩效评价体系具有重大的学术价值和现实意义,因此,应从指标构成、权重设置、评价标准制定等方面来建立评价体系,并把建立的评价体系运用到现实工作中,使之在实施中不断得以检验和完善。
Scientific, reasonable, and standardized college counselors (referred to as counselors) performance evaluation system and the implementation of the counselors is an important and key to strengthen the building. Construct the performance evaluation system of college counselors work to have the significant academic value and the practical significance. So, should from the target constitution, the weight establishment, the appraisal standard system grade aspect establish the appraisal system, and utilizes the establishment appraisal system in the reality work, enables it unceasingly to examine and the consummation in the implementation.
