骨盆骨折合并血管损伤与骨折类型研究 被引量：3

摘要 近年来，随着交通事故发生等高能量损伤事故的不断增多，骨盆骨折的发生率也在上升，而且其严重程度也更加显著。文献【1】报道不稳定骨盆骨折病死率为10％～20％，骨盆骨折出血的病死率更高。为提高伤者的存活率、降低伤残率，应高度重视骨盆骨折尤其是合并血管损伤的骨盆骨折的研究。
