摘要
影响电站锅炉效率的主要因素是锅炉排烟温度和飞灰含碳量。从锅炉燃用煤种、炉膛和制粉系统漏风情况、给水和冷风温度、炉膛出口过量空气系数及受热面积灰等方面分析了影响锅炉排烟热损失的因素;从煤质、炉膛氧量、煤粉细度及燃烧方式等方面分析了影响飞灰含碳量的主要因素;提出了提高锅炉效率的措施。
The main factors influencing the efficiency of boiler are boiler exhaust gas temperature & carbon content of fly ash. The factors influencing boiler exhaust gas temperature are analyzed in the light of various kind of firing coal, leakage condition of furnace & pulverizing system, feedwater & cool air temperature, exceeded air coefficient of furnace exit and heating surface fouling. The factors influencing carbon content of fly ash are analyzed in the light of coal quality, furnace oxygen quantity, pulverized coal fineness and combustion mode. The measures to improve boiler efficiency are put forward.
