The book of Zhuangzi lays much emphasis on ontologically psychological perception. This article explores and analyzes the premise, the method, the state and the process of musical appreciation from psychological perception through a description of such psycho features as enlightenment, inner heart, sitting and forgetting, perceiving the unique and state of trance. It is intended to shed light on the essence and value of Zhuangzi＇s esthetics.
