摘要
韩非子“道论”思想往往被单独列出与道家的“道论”相比较，然而这种比较通常是在道家思想视域内展开的，故这种比较总是不能给出韩非子“道论”的真实内涵指向。在不破坏这种比较的前提下，把它放在法家的思想体系中去，才能澄明韩非子“道论”之真实指向。
Han Feizi＇s Thought about Theory of Tao is often listed separately in comparison with Taoism＇s Theory of Tao, but this comparison is usually developed in the field of Taoism. Therefore such comparison can not give the real connotation of Han Feizi＇s Thought about Theory of Tao. Under the premise of not undermining this comparison, it should be put in Legalists＇ ideology to clarify the connotation of Han Feizi＇s Thought about Theory of Tao.
