工艺参数对收缩率影响的正交优化分析

摘要 注塑成形是重要的塑料制品成形方式,目前,注塑制品己经应用到各行各业。注塑产品在现代行业的应用对产品质量、品种及更新换代提出了更高要求。提高制品质量成为近几年注塑行业的首要问题。将研究注塑工艺参数和制品质量间的关系,选用制品内的收缩率作为考察质量指标,选用数值模拟可考虑的工艺参数熔体温度、模具温度、注射时间、保压时间和保压压力为影响因素,基于CAE软件模拟的结果,应用正交试验设计获取最优工艺参数。 injection molding of plastic products is an important way of forming, at present, injection molding products have been applied to all walks of life. Injection product of modem industry in the application of product quality, variety and the replacement set higher requirements. Products to improve the quality of injection molding industry in recent years become a major problem. This paper will study the injection molding process parameters and the relationship between the quality of products, choose products with the rate of contraction as indicators of quality of the study and use numerical simulation process parameters that can be considered melt temperature, die temperature, injection time, the pressure of time Pressure and the pressure for influencing factors, based on the results of CAE simulation software, the application of orthogonal design to obtain the optimal process parameters.
