摘要
薪酬分配是最能直接影响员工行为的手段,因此我们在设计薪酬制度时必须明确公司的价值导向。通过对世界上一些成功企业的研究发现,不同文化类型的企业往往会有不同的企业价值观,有的以绩效为导向、有的以行为为导向、有的以职位为导向,结合某一高新技术企业的实际情况着重探讨一种工资制度,即基于绩效导向的企业薪酬体系的设计方法。
Emolument Allocation is the best means to bring about a direct impact on stall. So the design of remuneration system must make explicit the value orientation of enterprises. The studies to the success of some world enterprises show that that different types of cultural enterprises often have different business values, and some performance - oriented, and some action - oriented, and some post - oriented. In eombination with the practice of one high - tech enterprise, the performance - oriented enterprise remuneration system's design method was explored.
