摘要
以NaOH和ZnNO3.6H2O为原料,在可溶性淀粉溶液中制备了纳米氧化锌。通过TG-DTA、XRD、FT-IR、SEM等检测手段系统研究了可溶性淀粉浓度、反应温度、烘焙温度及烘焙时间等因素对纳米氧化锌粒径的影响,获得最佳制备工艺条件。
Nanometer ZnO partieles were synthesized by NaOH and ZnNO3·6H2O in the solution of soluble starch. The influence of the concentration of soluble starch, reaetion temperature, baking temperature and time on the size of ZnO particles were researched by means of TG-DTA, XRD, FT-1R, SEM. The optimized conditions of preparation were obtained: the concentration of soluble starch is 0.5%; the reaetion temperature is 80℃, the baking temperature is 400℃ and baking time is 2h.
