经济增长速度、结构、质量与效益协调发展及对策——基于武汉市的实证研究

Analysis on Coordinated Development of the Rate of Economic Growth,Structure,Quality and Effectiveness——Based on Empirical Study in Wuhan City

经济增长速度、结构、质量与效益的协调发展,是全面建设小康社会,实现社会和谐的内在要求,本文通过构建速度综合指标、结构综合指标、质量综合指标以及效益综合指标,运用回归模型实证检验了武汉市经济增长速度、结构、质量的变动对武汉市经济效益的影响,得出经济增长速度加快、产业结构优化以及经济运行质量提升对武汉经济效益的改善都有积极作用,但各自的贡献度存在较大差异,最后就如何更好地实现速度、结构、质量及效益的协调发展提出政策建议。

The coordinated development of the rate of economic growth, structure, quality and effectiveness is the inherent requirements of building a well-off society and realization of social harmony. By using a co-integration model, this paper has empirically tested the effects of changes in the rate of economic growth, structure and the quality in Wuhan City to the economic effectiveness of Wuhan City., through constructing a comprehensive indicator of the speed, a integrated indicator of structure, a integrated indicator of quality, as well as a comprehensive indicator of efficiency. The conclusions come to that acceleration of the pace of economic growth, optimization of the industrial structure, as well as enhance of the quality of economic operation all effectively improve the economic effectiveness of Wuhan City. However, their contribution varied among difference indicators, finally, policy recommendations in term of how best to achieve the coordinated development of thc speed, structure, quality and effectiveness are illustrated in details.
