高校教育资源的稀缺性和传统的人事管理体制,对实施高校教师资源共享提出了迫切要求。高校教师共享是解决高校教师资源短缺的良好途径。但是,目前高校教师共享的运行过程中,出现了低级化、形式化的问题。为此,必须积极寻找响应对策,以期促进高校教师共享顺利发展。

However, when operating, problems like ＂low-level sharing＂ and ＂formal sharing＂ have emerged. Therefore, proper counter measures should be taken to promote its sound development.
