酯酶试验法检测牛乳体细胞的研究

以酯酶试验法原理为基础,研究了乳体细胞的检测方法。结果表明,酯酶试验法检测结果与显微镜直接计数结果相关性高。该法操作简便,可实现乳体细胞的在线检测,在监测乳房炎、划分原料乳等级等方面具有较大的应用价值。

Method to detect somatic cell count （SCC） in milk was studied based on Esterase Test. The result showed this method had a high relation with direct microscopic count. Real-time detecting SCC in milk could be implemented because this method was easy to operate. This method had advantages in diagnosing cow mastiffs and determining raw milk quality
